We had a mid-afternoon "linner" at Bongo Johnny's and thoroughly enjoyed the pleasant service, extensive food and drink menu, and bright decor. Big fan!
Food was decent and service was great. Sat on the patio on a warm evening. Had the fish and chips which was decent. Wife enjoyed the burger.

Oh bongo johnnys.... What to say about you, dear friend? I feel acquainted with you as though my papa used to take us out to eat here as children, but I've only met you this year Stumbled across you after a night out in may trying to avoid meeting the group at a Thai place sorry but Thai hungover is a Thing That Don't Sit Right With Me. Anyway, got the chilaquiles then and split w bf's chicken tenders. Delitchious. tendies were on the mid side but the chilaquiles really hit the spot. Service is great, especially helpful w accommodating a large party on a Sunday morning w/o reservations. It's always lit asf in there, everyone is enjoying themselves and their meal. Smiles galore from booth to booth. Love it hope to come back
Great experience here. Sat outside on the deck (very dog friendly) while it was 117 degrees. They have great misters and they were very accommodating to my dog, even bringing her a bowl of ice! The wrap was absolutely delicious. Hit the spot in the heat. Will definitely be back!
Located in downtown palm springs, they are, to be frank, a "tourist trap". Food was still pretty good, and love that they serve fun-looking bevy's. staff were pretty friendly. The inside seating area is pretty small but we got seating pretty quickly. Great drink specials.
At first glance, you may think this would be one of those restaurants that looks nice but serves mediocre food. This little place didn't fail us! The restaurant is located upstairs. They have stairs to use, or the elevator which is located on the backside. Once upstairs, the hostess will seat you either indoors or outside. My wife and I prefer the outdoor view. Their drink selections were amazing. They offered unique and original cocktails. The beer selection was also plentiful too, offering the usual selections with a nice variety of craft beers too. I kept it simple and ordered a burger with fries. This was one of the best burgers I have had in the Palm Springs area. The bread was perfect and the meat was grilled to order too. I recommend trying this place out while visiting the downtown Palm Springs areas.
